Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I access my subscription information?

If you haven’t already, your first step is to download the app and login with the details you have just created. If you subscribed via www.movewithammi.com, you need to login to the web app here to access your subscription information. If you subscribed via apple or google you access your subscription inside the app on your phone.

How do I upgrade or change my subscription?

If you want to change your subscription from one payment option to another (monthly, quarterly or annual), you need to first cancel your current subscription inside your web app and then come back to this page to sign up again to the new plan, according to the payment option you want for your subscription. You can always choose between the Monthly, the Quarterly and the Annual options.

How do I cancel my subscription?

I, of course, hope to have you with me forever, but should you want to cancel you need to login to the web app to do so. In your web app you can go to profile → account settings → subscriptions and payments → manage your plans and cancel from there. If you signed up via apple or google, you cancel your subscription through them.

Can I track my progress?

Of course! If you want to keep track of how far into a challenge you have come, you simply press the “complete” button at the bottom of the page of the class and your activity will show under your profile tab. You can also press the ⭐️ in your favorite videos and they will be saved under “favorites” in the profile tab and you can go back and do them again as many times as you want!

Under the tracking tab, you can manually do check-ins with text and images of your choice, if you want to keep a more detailed diary of your workouts.
